The Dado was conceived thanks to the collaboration between Best and the designer Tore Maccagnano.
The Dado encompasses the recollections of a little boy who, now in his late thirties, re-elaborates geometries so dear and special to him, those used in movies to design colourful and rounded spaceships, robots and Japanese mangas. The Dado offers visual comfort of something that our memory has already embraced and the contemporary modernity needed to avert any déjà vu. An endless range of colour variations makes it easily adaptable to all environments, capable of attracting attention, but also of becoming an essential part of an already defined project.
The young and smart personality of the hood Dado, compact in its cube shape, is emphasized by the vast assortment of bright colours to be combined, as desired, with the lower panel of a different colour. Either in the wall-mounted or island version, the Dado features steel touch control with small RGB LED lights marked with clear symbols directly on technopolymer, where at the simple tap of a button, the LED lighting technology is activated as well as the various operating devices. High performance and significantly low energy consumption, energy efficiency class A.
